AGENTDESKS.SALE offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on TextPert subscription payments. If TextPert is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including simply changing your mind.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@recreates.world and we will help arrange it. Paddle’s own refund policy also applies to your purchase.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refund requests made within 30 days of a payment are handled under the guarantee above.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually shows the money within 5–10 business days.
